Companies with specific products or services aim to reach a particular audience. They must thus, study and research the target markets. Facebook has recently made impressive progress in combining the interests of users to the products marketed to them. For example, did you change your relationship status from "in a relationship," to "engaged?" Well then, don't be surprised to find bridal vendors or wedding related products and services on the side modules.

Create and Emotional Connection

Give Fans a Voice
"Women like to be heard. Stand out from the crowd and engage us. By creating a two-way conversation, you are personalizing your brand and making it one that can be trusted." A Facebook page can be a great tool to use instead of the traditional focus group, utilize people's opinions on the web.

Listen!
Fans want to know they are being heard. "If a fan posts a question on your page, answer it. If she compliments your brand, thank her." Build a relationship, which highlights the customer service your company demonstrates.
